Directions: Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the insides with a spoon and use a fork to mash it up. Add olive oil and honey and combine until a thick paste is formed. Apply lightly to the roots of dry hair working down into the ends of hair. Use more of the mixture on the ends since that’s where most moisture is lost. Pull hair up into a bun, secure with a hair tie, and let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes. Shampoo, condition, and style as usual.
